About us

Global growth—without big-bank friction.
We help SMEs move money smarter, manage risk, and set up operations in the U.S., Hong Kong, and China.

Why we exist

(For the client)

Cross-border business is messy—slow bank rails, opaque FX, compliance gaps, and unfamiliar rules. You shouldn’t need a billion-dollar budget to solve them. Our job is to make your expansion simpler, faster, and cheaper so you keep more of every cross-border dollar.

What we do

  • Finance (via partners): Set up modern accounts and workflows so you control payouts; we optimize FX and process.

  • Risk Management: A staged framework that prevents expensive fire drills.

  • Operational Support (U.S. / HK / China): Practical entity, banking, and back-office setup—done right the first time.

How we work

(3 steps)

  • Pilot a small scope (payments %, risk scan, or setup plan).

  • Set up tools/workflows with your approvals and owners.

  • Prove & scale after we measure results.

Experience & Partners

We combine 30+ years in finance, risk, and compliance across LatAm, the U.S., and Asia with a network of vetted partners in risk/crisis management and legal/accounting support in China. When depth is needed, we bring the right specialists—without turning your project into a consulting odyssey.
